At Dime Thai, we are committed to providing high-quality olive oil products imported from Spain. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds.

 

1. Return Conditions

We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 7 days have passed, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.
  • The packaging must be in its original condition, undamaged, and unaltered.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used bottles of olive oil.
  • Discounted or promotional items.
  • Products that have been damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

 

2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time before the refund is posted.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective from manufacturing or damaged during shipping.

  • If you need an exchange, please email us at info@dimethai.com with details and photos of the defective item.

 

5. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product or incorrect item shipped), we will cover the return shipping fee.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
